The Winterized T-51b Power Armor is a unique and non-rusted variation of the T-51b Power Armor in Fallout 3. It's added in the first DLC pack Operation: Anchorage, but it's not available during the simulation, it can be found in the Armory in the Outcast's Outpost after completing the simulation.
Despite having 5 points less Damage Resistance than the other T-51b Power Armor, the Winterized version has a ridiculously high item health. It has close to 10 million hit points making it nearly impossible to degrade.
Wearing the Winterized T-51b Power Armor will increase Radiation Resistance by +25. It cannot be repaired with any other armor in the game, although you should never need to repair it anyway..
