A Vault Boy Bobblehead is a collectible item in Fallout 3. They can be found all across the Capital Wasteland, here's a list of locations.

• The Stat Bobblehead increases each individual stat by 1.

Strength	Megaton: On a desk in Lucas Simms (Sherifs) house on the second floor.
Perception	Republic of Dave: Located on a bookshelf on the right in the Museum of Dave.
Endurance	Deathclaw Sanctuary: Not too far from the entrance. On a table next to a rotting Brahmin Corpse
Charisma	Vault 108: In the Cloning Lab. Watch out for Gary(s).
Intelligence	Rivet City: On Dr. Li's table in the Science Lab.
Agility	Greener Pastures Disposal Site: Found on a table in the small office covered in Radiation
Luck	Arlington Cemetery: On an empty bookshelf in the Basement of the house to the north.

Barter	Evergreen Mills: Back of the Market Bazaar on a shelf in the upper-right side behind the Raider Trader (Smiling Jack) that does not attack.
Big Guns	Fort Constantine: The basement of the CO Quarters inside a safe in the wall.
Energy Weapons	Raven Rock: In the room with the force field blocking access to 3 enclave crates, on level 2 of Raven Rock.
Explosives	WKML Broadcast Station: Through the doorway to the sealed cistern.
Lockpick	Bethesda Ruins: Bethesda Offices East on the top floor near the door to the bridge.
Medicine	Vault 101: On your Dad's desk.
Melee Weapons	Dunwich Building: Virulent Underchambers, on the floor next to the door.
Repair	Arefu: Evan King's house.
Science	Vault 106: The table in the middle of the living quarters second level main room.
Small Guns	National Guard Depot: On the shelves in the Armory.
Sneak	Yao Guai Tunnels: On top of a metal box in the Den.
Speech	Paradise Falls: The table inside Euology's pad.
Unarmed	Rockopolis: West from Casey Smith's garage. Look for tattered banners.

• A replica Bobble-Head came with the Fallout 3 Collectors Edition. (pictured at top of page)
• Bobble-heads won't be appearing in Fallout: New Vegas, but a similar object will appear giving in-game rewards instead of SPECIAL or skill bonuses.^[1]
