The Tenpenny Tower suite can be obtained during The Power of the Atom quest by accepting Mr. Burke's proposal to detonate the atom bomb in the center of Megaton. The suit comes with a Mister Handy robot called Godfrey who can offer you hair cuts and Purified Water. The suit also had a stand where you can place all the Bobbleheads you find and a balcony that gives you a great view of the Capital Wastland. You can buy items like the workbench from a vendor downstairs.
