Tammy Hargrave is a resident of Rivet City. She is the mother of James Hargrave. The player can usually find Tammy in the Muddy Rudder or occasionally the Marketplace.

Although her husband was never revealed, the player can shed some light on the mystery. If you travel to Andale after convincing them that you are a Cannibal, either Bill Wilson or Jack Smith will tell you of a man that fell victim to their cannibalistic neededs. They will tell you that after they killed him, they had learned that he had a son in Rivet City, possibly referring to James Hargrave .
