Sydney's 10mm "Ultra" SMG is a Small Guns weapon in Fallout 3. This unique SMG is held by a relic hunter called Sydney who can be found in the National Archives during the Stealing Independence quest. It has a higher damage and a higher ammo capacity than a standard 10mm SMG. You can kill Sydney yourself without getting bad karma.

During the quest you can find A Note from Little Moonbeam's Father on a bed in the Statesman Hotel, give this note to Sydney in the Stealing Independence quest and she'll give you her Ultra SMG.

Give Sydney the note found in the Statesman Hotel at the end of the quest. There is also a possibility that Sydney gets killed during the quest, so you can loot it from her dead body instead.
