Strictly Profitable is a side-quest that the player is given access to after speaking with Grouse in Paradise Falls.

After the player receives the Mesmetron from Grouse, the player is able to enslave most NPCs. Each time the player captures a slave and brings them to Paradise Falls, Grouse will pay the player 250 caps and give them another Slave Collar.

The player can also buy more Mesmetron ammunition from him for 200 caps per 10 rounds.
