Stimpacks are your main source of healing throughout Fallout 3. They are fairly common throughout the Capital Wasteland. The amount of health replenished is dependant of your Medicine Skills. They have a base stat of +30HP which increases with a larger Medicine Skill, with a maximium of +90HP. Stimpacks can be used to directly heal any crippled limbs.
