Stimpaks are the main healing product in Fallout 3, fairly common throughout the Capital Wasteland. The amount of health replenished is dependant of your Medicine Skill. They have a base stat of +30HP which increases with a larger Medicine skill, with a maximium of +90HP. The Fast Metabolism perk increases the amount they heal. They can also be used to directly heal any crippled limbs.
