Sticky is a resident of Little Lamplight, he's just turned 16 and by the law of Little Lamplight he must leave the safety of the caves and make a new life for himself in the harsh wastelands. When you first meet Sticky he asks you to escort him to a place called Big Town, where all the residents of Little Lamplight go when they turn 16. Agreeing to escort him will start the unmarked quest: A Sticky Situation.
