Specialist Olin is a member of the Outcasts found within the Outcast's Outpost. When the player first meets her she is unusually aggressive. If the player is male, they can use the Lady Killer Perk to pass a Speech check and calm her down.

She may be killed by Defender Sibley when he rebels against Protector McGraw. The player can save her by killing Sibley and his rebels before they can harm Olin.

If she survives the attack, she will repair the players items.
