The Soil Stradivarius is found within Vault 92, specifically the "Sound Testing" block in a recording block. It is in the southern most section of the room.
It may be returned to Agatha to complete the Agatha's Song quest. As a reward, you gain access to Agatha's Radio Station It can be sold to Abraham Washington for 200 caps, 300 if you pass a speech check.
