Smith Casey's Garage is located is located in the far west of the Capital Wasteland, approximately seven squares west of Megaton. It's an abandoned garage built over the entrance to Vault 112. The garage is home to a few Mole Rats, a Nuka-Cola Quantum and a Tumblers Today skill book, it also has a Motorcycle Gas Tank and Motorcycle Handbrake if your looking to build a Shishkebab. The vault is blocked off by a door on the ground, the electrical switch to open it is right next to the door on the wall.
You may want to avoid this place until you're required to go there in the Scientific Pursuits quest. If you enter Vault 112 at any time you will automatically skip to the Tranquility Lane quest, which means you could end up missing out on a large part on the main quest.
