Simone Cameron is a resident of the Temple of the Union, which is a safe Haven for runaway slaves. If the player aids the slave in taking over the Lincoln Memorial, she will reside there instead.

Simone was once a mercenary who was captured by Slaver. She spend a total of seven months in captivity, and used that time to plot her escape. When she finally did escape she killed her master.

Simone plays out the role of a guard, protecting the slaves from the troubles of the Wastes.
