Silent Running is a Perk in Fallout 3 and Fallout: New Vegas.

Requirements: Level 12, A 6, Sneak 50
Ranks: 1
Benefit: With the Silent Running perk, you gain an additional 10 points to Sneak, and running no longer factors into a successful sneak attempt.
