Sierra Petrovita is a resident of Girdershade in Fallout 3. She runs her own Nuka-Cola fan club inside her house. Upon first meeting Sierra, she will give you a tour of her Nuka-Cola Museum and The Nuka-Cola Challenge quest. The quest involves collecting 30 Nuka-Cola Quantums for Sierra in exchange for Bottlecaps and a Nuka Grenade Schematics.
Sierra is completely unaware that her neighbour Ronald Laren has an unhealthy obsession of wanting to sleep with Seirra. Ronald will ask you to give the 30 Quantum bottles to him instead, then he'll give them to Seirra to impress her and improve his chances of "plowing her bean field".
After completing the quest, an unmarked quest will become available. The quest involves bringing Sierra Nuka-Cola Quantum, Flour and Vodka so she can make a Mississippi Quantum Pie
