Shakes is a Protectron that is located at Tenpenny Tower. He serves as the bartender in the Federalist Lounge. He sells a variety of Drinks and Stimpaks, although he sells them for the most expensive price in the Capital Wasteland. However, the player can hack the terminal in the Federalist Lounge and activate a "Holiday Discount" for a 10% discount. You can also select the "VIP Discount" for a 50% discount. If you are caught hacking the terminal, Shakes and everyone else inside the Federalist Lounge will become hostile.
