SatCom Array NW-05a is found between MDPL-05 Power Station and Fort Constantine in the Capital Wasteland.
Talon Company mercs along with one Ghoul scientist are found in the area. The scientist has a holotape which contains the code for Highwater Trousers. Uploading this code on one of the terminals will drop several missiles near the tower.
