Sammy is a child originally from Little Lamplight that has been taken captive by Slaver and placed within Paradise Falls. If rescued during the Rescue from Paradise quest, he will join Princess guarding the back gate of Little Lamplight.

The player can ask Sammy, through a Speech check how Princess got her nickname. He reveals that she was once the mayor of Little Lamplight. 5 minutes after she was elected, MacCready punched her and took over. Since then she has had a crush on MacCready. The player can now annoy Princess with this information, gaining negative karma. Princess won't speak to you again.
