Ronald Laren lives in one of the two Houses in Girdershade. Sierra Petrovita tells that Roland is protecting her and is the good neighbor. The truth is he just want to lay Sierra, as he is telling you.

Notes

With a high Speech skill, you can convince him to get the Quantums on his own. If you're a female character and you have the Black Widow perk, you can tell Ronald that you and Sierra will have a threesome with him if he goes to get the Quantums in him own. If you choose either the speech or the Black Widow option, Ronald can later be found dead in front of the Nuka-Cola Factory.
