Robert is a member of The Family in Meresti Station. He is the self-elected combat instructor. You can find Robert guarding the entrance to the Meresti Station. He doesn't speak much, but is very efficient with fire-arms.
Robert met Vance as he was engaged in combat with some Raiders. Robert saved Vance's life during that encounter and the two have been good friends ever since. When Vance created The Family, Robert voted for Vance to become leader and then requested to be Vance's bodyguard.
