Red is the Doctor of Big Town. When the player arrives in the Town, they are tasked with rescuing her from the Germantown Police HQ as part of the Big Trouble in Big Town quest. She was taken captive by the Super Mutants in the surrounding areas.

The player finds her in one of the holding cells in the Police HQ. She tells the player of another captive Shorty who has been taken into the basement. The player can then decide whether to save or abandon Shorty.

After safely escorting Red to Big Town, she rewards the player with up to 300 caps. If the player manages to pass a Speech check, you can receive an extra 200 and negative karma.
