The Radio Tower is the first place you must travel to after downloading The Pitt, it's located in the far north-west of the Capital Wasteland. Once you arrive you will find a man named Werhner being attacked by 3 Raiders, once they are dead, talk to Werhner to start the quest: Into The Pitt.
