Requirements: Get the optional 600 rads of radiation on the radiation chapter of Moira Brown's, The Wasteland Survival Guide.

Benefit: With the Rad Regeneration perk, any crippled limbs will regenerate themselves when exposed to a certain level of radiation. You'll need at least 400 rads of radiation it be in effect.
