Protector McGraw is an Outcast who is leading the operation the Brotherhood Outcasts are conducting at the Outcast's Outpost. He is more respectful and courteous towards outsiders, such as the player, than other Outcast members.

Because of his nature towards outsiders, the other Outcasts in the Outpost, lead by Defender Sibley, rebel against him for allowing the player a share of the loot. If the player allows Sibley and the other rebels to kill McGraw, the Outcasts outside of the Outpost will become hostile towards you.
