Nathan Vargas is a resident of Megaton in Fallout 3. He lives with his wife Manya, he's 65 and she's 64, they've both retired now but they ran a Caravan Business together for over 30 years.
These days Nathan has become obsessed with all the Enclave propaganda that he hears on the radio, he hails them as the saviours of the Capital Wasteland and tries to convince other Megaton residents to follow him.
Nathan can be found again in the prison cell next to you at the Enclave base; Raven Rock. When you try and talk to him, he just says: "They're not who they say they are, get out while you can, before they get you too!"
