Moira Brown lives in Megaton in Fallout 3. She runs the Craterside Supply, a store where the player can buy various items. She is also the quest giver for the The Wasteland Survival Guide. She is a very gullible person as the player can lie to her excessively without her realising it. She seems to believe everything that the player says. She will also not be offended if the player says anything bad about her.

The player is able to buy House Improvements from her such as the Jukebox. She also sells the Rock-It Launcher Schematics.

If the player convinces her not to write the book, they will receive the Dream Crusher Perk. She she then focuses on the shop, the player receives a discount from her as well as increasing her repair skill from 52 to 75.

If you nuke Megaton then miraculously Moira will survive. She can then be found in Underworld as the explosion turned her into a Ghoul. She survived the nuclear explosion because she was outside of Megaton at the time, focusing on her book.
