Mister Lopez is a resident of Rivet City. He doesn't say much to the player, instead stating, "Nevermind".

Lopez is very suicidal and will stand very close to the balcony on top of Rivet City. Lopez tells the player that no one ever remembers him or cares about him. While standing on the Flight Deck he reveals that he wasn't able to rescue his family which lead to their deaths. He will stand on the edge of the Flight Deck at 3pm everyday. The player is given the choice of either:

• Help mister Lopez with his suicidal emotions and tell he that he should find some way of receiving therapy. - Good karma is rewarded
• Give Mister Lopez the push he needs. Literally. Doing this will push Mister Lopez to his death. - Evil karma is rewarded

The player should take caution when standing next to the edge, as it is quite easy to fall off, usually resulting in you being crippled or your death.
