Millicent Wellington is a resident of Tenpenny Tower. She is married to Edgar Wellington II and can constantly be seen arguing with him or asking him to pay attention to her. If the player tries to allow the Ghouls into Tenpenny Tower peacefully during the Tenpenny Tower Quest, you must convince her to let them in. It is very difficult to convince her though.
The player can find a love letter from Susan Lancaster inside her room that is addressed to Edgar. If the player hands Millicent the letter, she will take a 10mm Pistol and hunt down her husband. She will kill by shooting him 6-10 times in the crotch. Afterwards, she will murder Susan Lancaster too. If the player speaks to her after she kills the two, she will say "I loved that stupid man. Now that he's gone, I'm lost. . ."
Sometimes the Tenpenny Tower security force will kill her after the murders. However, they might not attack her and instead Millicent will leave the Tower and wander the Wasteland. Usually she will be killed by Raiders or other threats in the Capital Wasteland.
