Michael Hawthorne is a resident of Tenpenny Tower. He is know around the Tower as the local drunk. On a Wednesday he can be found in bed with Susan Lancaster. If you unleash the Feral Ghouls upon the Tower, he doesn't appear to become frightened at all. Instead, he calmly walks around or drinks.
