The Megaton shack is a reward given to you by Lucas Simms (or his son Harden Simms) after The Power of the Atom quest if you choose you disarm the bomb in the center of Megaton. The shack includes a Mister Handy robot called Wadsworth who can offer you haircuts and Purified Water. You can buy improvements and decor themes for your shack from Moira Brown at the Craterside Supply.
