Med-X is an addictive drug in Fallout 3. It provides the player with +25% Damage Resistance. Becoming addicted results in -1 Agility and -1 Intelligence.

In Australia, Fallout 3 was first refused classification due to Med-X originally being called Morphine, a real-world drug. In response, the developers changed all versions of the game so that Morphine was now known as Med-X.
