Margaret Primrose is a resident of Tenpenny Tower. She runs a small cafe under the name of Cafe Beau Monde. The player can purchase food, drinks and Stimpaks.

If asked about why she won't sell food to the Ghouls outside, she replies "I never thought about that" and ends up changing the topic. The player can convince her to allow the Ghouls to live inside Tenpenny Tower.
