The MPLX Novasurge is a weapon the player can obtain within the Mothership Zeta DLC. It is a unique variant of the Plasma Pistol and does far more damage. However it also uses twice as much ammo and weighs twice as much
It is located in the Cargo Hold. The player must first hack a "Hard" terminal. After doing so, select the unlock safe option. Although you have unlocked the safe, it is actually in a different section of the Cargo Hold. You must travel around until you find the area with the machine that drops items into a pit. The safe is around the outsides of the pit, buried in rubble.
