She may leave Tenpenny Tower if she discovers you looting her safes inventory.
She is very bigoted towards Ghouls and may leave the Tower if you convince Tenpenny to allow the Ghouls to live there.
In the event you help Roy Phillips and the Ghouls raid the Tower, she will be killed.
