Lucy is a resident of Little Lamplight and also the town's doctor. The player may trade her Buffout in exchange for Cave Fungus. If the player gives her 50 caps she will heal you and also tell you some anti-radiation facts about the mushrooms in the Little Lamplight Cavern.
She is very protective of the other children and acts as a role model for them.
