Linda Smith is a resident of Andale. She is the wife of Jack Smith and the mother of Junior Smith. She is actually a cannibal and will confront the player if you enter the basement or shack found within the town. The player can either convince them that you are also following the cannibalistic tradition if you have the Cannibal Perk.

Linda is inbred, like every other member of Andale. Both the Smith family and the Wilson families are breeding with each other, keeping up the towns population. She believes that Andale is the best city in the United States, the same as the other residents of Andale.
