The Wattz 1000 Laser Pistol appears in Fallout and Fallout 2. It is less advanced than the Fallout 3 laser pistol, but can somehow inflict more damage. In Fallout 2 the player is told that this laser pistol could be bought by civilians before the great war.
You need Small Energy Cells to use it.
