Joe Porter is a resident of Canterbury Commons. He runs the diner in town and has a large amount of Stimpaks for sale. Joe's main use in the game comes during The Superhuman Gambit quest where he can give you valuable information regarding the AntAgonizer's real name and background which can be used to remove her from Canterbury Commons peacefully.
