Jingwei's Shock Sword is a Melee Weapon in Fallout 3. It a unique variation of the of the Chinese Officer's Sword that appears in the game's first DLC pack Operation: Anchorage.
It once belonged to General Jingwei, the Chinese commander fighting in Anchorage. Now it's located in the armory at the Outcast's Outpost after completing the simulation.
The sword electrocutes your enemy when you attack, it has a damage rate of 35 plus it does an extra damage of 2 per second for 5 seconds. If you kill your enemy on a critical hit their body will turn into a pile of ash.
