Janice Kaplinski is a resident of Rivet City. She is located in the Science Labs. Janice is part of Dr. Madison Li's science team that are experimenting on food.

She is killed during the Waters of Life quest by Colonel Autumn. She is locked in the room with the players father, James. In order to scare James and force him into handing over the password to Project Purity, Colonel Autumn murders Jancice.
