Jacob Humboldt is a participant of Plik's Safari.
Jacob, along with Rip Smithy, aid you during your engagement with various Feral Ghouls, Swamp Ghouls and Glowing One's.
Due to Jacob's only protection consisting of Pre-war Businesswear and a Confederate Hat, it is likely he will not survive the onslaught. If killed by the player, a finger may be found on his corpse.
If he survives he complements Plik, stating, "He's done it again".
