Ian West is a human male who comes from the settlement of Arefu. In the quest Blood Ties his sister, Lucy West will ask you to take a letter to him as he nor his parents have been replying to her. It turns out that in a fit of a rage (which he explains as "the hunger") he killed his parents, and not knowing who to turn to joined The Family who have been terrorizing Arefu. When the quest is complete he'll have been persuaded to come back and live in his parents house again.
