Welcome to one of the Fallout NeoWiki's hubs. This page is used as a mini-main page for a specific game. We're looking for quality edits and good information. Don't forget to visit the other game hubs too!

This particular hub is about a spin-off game rather than a game part of the main series.

Fallout: New Vegas
Fallout: New Vegas will be the next installment in the Fallout Series. The game will be developed by Obsidian Entertainment and published by Bethesda Softworks.

Obsidian Entertainment has some of the staff who worked on Fallout 1 and Fallout 2, however, New Vegas is not a direct sequel to any of the previous Fallout games. It will use the same engine and gameplay (first and third person shooter) design as Fallout 3 and will take place in post apocalyptic Las Vegas, New Vegas. The story follows the Courier, a messenger that was shot in the head twice and brought to the town of Goodsprings by a robot named Victor.

Fallout: New Vegas is scheduled for release in the Fall of 2010. It will be available on Playstation 3, Xbox 360 and PC.

Spotlighted Page
NewVegas.png

New Vegas is a location in Fallout: New Vegas. It is a fictional area based on the city of Las Vegas, Nevada, in the Mojave Desert. Little is known about it at this time, but in the teaser trailer the city is shown with electricity and largely unaffected by radiation.

Similar to The Pitt in Fallout 3, New Vegas was not directly hit by nuclear warheads in 2077.

There are sections of new vegas, like The Strip.
