Fallout: A Post Nuclear Role Playing Game

Fallout is a post apocalyptic role-playing game developed by Black Isle Studios and published by Interplay. It's the first installment to of the Fallout Series. It was published over a decade ago on October 15, 1997 and is exclusively for PC and the Mac. The game has an isometric view and is turn-based, unlike it's well-known brothers Fallout 3 and Fallout: New Vegas. The player character, the Vault Dweller is customizable and can be male or female.

The game takes place in the Core Region, previously known as the western and midwestern area of America, and takes place roughly 200 years after a nuclear war between the worlds superpowers including the US and China. You are the Vault Dweller in-game, a citizen of Vault 13 that leaves his vault to fix his homes broken waterchip.
