Herman Gomez is a resident of Vault 101 in Fallout 3. He's a member of the Vault Security team and lives with his wife Pepper and his son Freddie. He first appears during the Growing Up Fast quest when he attends the Lone Wanderer's 10th Birthday Party. If you start a fight with Butch over a Sweetroll, Herman will break it up.
Herman can be seen again during the Escape! quest, helping Andy and Stanley fight off the Radroaches. He won't attack, but he warns you that the entire security team is looking for you.
