Fresh Apple's are a type of food in Fallout 3, they can be found in the Science Lab in Rivet City. Taking any of the fresh food is considered stealing and you'll get bad Karma. Eating Fresh Apples will increase you Hit Points by +5, it's also one of the rare food items that have no Radiation.
