Evergreen Mills is a large Raider camp in Fallout 3, it's located in the south-west of the Capital Wasteland. It has the largest gathering of Raiders in the game with around 30 in total, there's also a Super Mutant Behemoth locked in a cage in the center of the camp. There's a slave pan in the far corner of the camp, you can free the slaves for good Karma or kill them for bad karma.
You can find a Bazaar located inside the factory at the camp, inside the Bazaar you'll find the Barter Bobblehead and Smiling Jack who is in possession of a unique Combat Shotgun called The Terrible Shotgun.
