Eulogy Jones is the leader of the slavers found at Paradise Falls. He mostly stays in the confined walls of his headquarters within Paradise Falls, usually avoiding other slavers and their lives. He is only concerned with ways that he can benefit him and increase his power.
When the player meets Jones, he offers you the chance to purchase the captured Little Lamplight children to become your slaves. If you have Evil karma and 1000 caps, you can offer to buy Jones' bodyguard Clover.
He is always accompanied by his two bodyguards/slaves, Clover and Crimson. Jones and Crimson are quite easy to take down, but Clover, being a potential Follower is much harder.
Jones asks you to assist in kidnapping Bumble, of Little Lamplight. If this task is accomplished, he rewards you with the Boogeyman's Hood.
KIlling Jones rewards the player with positive karma.
