Eclair is a resident of Little Lamplight. He runs his own store/restaurant within the "Spelunkers" section. He will trade Cave Fungus with the player in exchange for Strange Meat. To do this, the player must first get the approval of Mayor MacCready. However, with the Child at Heart Perk, you can get one Cave Fungus off him without MacCready's approval.

Apparently he only has one real eye due to an attack in which he was bitten by a monster in Vault 87. The player can hear this from Bumble, however, it is most likely a lie or exaggeration.

If the player completes the Rescue from Paradise quest, Eclair will complain that it just results in him having more mouths to feed.
