Dominic D'Ellsadro is a resident of Canterbury Commons. He serves as the towns local security force.

When the player speaks with Dominic he reveals that he is a "rare thing in the Wastes, a Mercenary who lived long enough to retire". Dominic is friendly towards the player, any visitors and all the residents of Canterbury Commons. He is very good in combat and very durable, evidence from his former mercenary past.
