Doctor Banfield is a resident of Tenpenny Tower. He is a medical expert and can heal the player, remove Radiation and can clear the player of any addictions you may have.
During the Tenpenny Tower Quest he can be convinced quite easily to allow the Ghouls in as he says that he always wanted to study a Ghoul and how Radiation affects the body.
It is possible for the player to find Susan Lancaster lying with him in bed. This is because Susan serves the same purpose as Nova in Megaton, she is a whore.
